Honeymooners Dick (Thomas Jane) and Gina (Lauren German) are driving from Las Vegas through the desert at night. They come across a bloody victim of a car crash, and they decide to try to help him.
Their good deed quickly becomes regrettable, however, when the stranger turns on them. He forces them to do things they would never even think of doing, and the couple soon finds themselves desperately covering up their actions to avoid the prying eyes of the local police.
